Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
Patient 1120: A 53 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and required a nipple lift in an effort to save them, with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 560ml implants and 200ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. This patient also had an abdominoplasty during the remove/replace surgery. Final photos are 2 yr. 2 mo. post surgery.
