Description:
This 63-year-old patient had non-nipple sparing implant-based breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. 5 months later the expanders were removed and replaced with a 265mL gel implant on the left and a 240mL gel implant on the right along with 70mL of fat from her flanks added to each breast. She also had nipple reconstruction. She had nipple tattooing with Vinnie from The Vinnie Myers team 5 months after she had nipple reconstruction. The after photos are 1 year after the non-nipple sparing implant based reconstruction began.

A 56 year old female who underwent bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent implants. Eventual nipple reconstruction and later aerola tatooing completed the reconstruction.
