Fat Grafting
Autologous fat transfer, also known as fat grafting or fat transfer, involves harvesting fat from one area of the body and injecting it into other locations in order to plump, smooth, and contour. Dr. Cohn will perform liposuction on the chosen area using general anesthesia, IV (intravenous) sedation, or local anesthesia depending on the area selected. The fat is then cleaned and purified to prepare it for injection. Small needles are used to inject fat into target areas. Fat grafting is a well-tolerated, long-lasting procedure that is perfect for patients who want natural-looking results that are more permanent than synthetic fillers.
What Do You Desire?
Rounder, Fuller Breasts and Buttocks
Due to aging or changes in weight, areas like the breasts and buttocks can begin to lose volume or look deflated. Fat grafting can help add roundness and fullness to areas you would like to be more curvaceous.
Improved Definition and Smooth Skin
Redefine thin lips, sunken areas, indentations, or other irregularities on the skin. Fat grafting allows you to address precise areas that may need rejuvenation and enhanced definition.
More Slender Body Contours
Fat grafting involves liposuction to harvest the fat, and patients can choose donor areas with stubborn fat they would like to eliminate to achieve a more svelte physique.

Testimonials

I had some slight jowls, and my face had "fallen" although not dramatically. Still, when I looked in the mirror I felt I didn't know that "older woman" looking back at me. I wanted to get it done because I still feel years and years younger, and wanted to look more like I feel. I wanted to get rid of that aging woman in my mirror. I also had my upper and lower eyelids done at the same time. I had quite of bit of swelling in the first several days after the procedure. But by week two I was out of the house and able to go out to eat with my family. I simply worse some cover make-up over the still healing bruises. By six weeks most of the swelling was gone, and the remainder of the swelling was so slight it was neglible. I have no regrets and would do it again.
