Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
35-year-old female with a diagnosis of right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction via placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, the expanders were exchanged for 600 cc silicone implants with fat grafting to bilateral breasts. She also had nipple reconstruction and 4D nipple tattooing. After photos taken 3 years post-op from her second stage surgery.
