46 yr. old patient seeking immediate bilateral breast reconstruction. After photos are 10 months after tissue expanders removed and replaced with 415 ml implants, left periareolar mastopexy with bilateral nipple reconstruction. This patient has not had nipple tattooing.

51 yr. old, Immediate latissimus dorsi flap breast reconstruction. After photos are 1yr. 2 mo, after tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 605 ml implants, 90 ml of grafted fat from abdomen and flanks was split bilaterally between the breasts and nipple reconstruction. This patient had nipple tattooing with a local tattoo artist.

Patient 3620: 66 yr. old, Immediate Latissimus Flap Reconstruction. After photos were taken 7 mo. after tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 345 ml implants, 110 ml grafted fat split between the breasts and bilateral nipple reconstruction. Patient 3620 has had nipple tattooing.

Patient 3520: 50 yr.old, Immediate Latissimus Flap Reconstruction. After photos were taken 9 mo. after tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 745 ml implants bilaterally, 195 ml grafted fat split between the breasts with bilateral nipple reconstruction and scar revision. Patient 3520 has not had nipple tattooing.
