Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
Patient 1020: A 39 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 560ml implants and 160ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. Final photos are 1 yr. 4 mo. post surgery.
