Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
Patient 1220: A 43 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 520ml implants and 120ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. Final photos are 1 yr. 5 mo. post surgery.
