Description:

73 yr. old. Breast Reconstruction. This patient had immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. 3 months later the expanders were removed and replaced with 695mL smooth gel implants bilaterally. She also had nipple reconstruction and a mastopexy (breast lift). The patient has not had nipple tattooing. The last set of after photos were taken 1 year after her immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction.
