Description:

Patient 11523-Breast Reconstruction. This 41-year-old patient originally had breast reconstruction with a 655cc implant on the right and a 535cc implant on the left. Over a year period she had the left implant exchanged for a 775cc implant, 300mL of fat grafted and split between both breasts to help with contouring and nipple reconstruction. The after photos are 1 year and 6 months post-op.

Description:

Delayed Breast Reconstruction. This 63-year-old patient had delayed breast reconstructions with latissimus flaps and tissue expanders. 7 months later the expanders were removed and replaced with 520mL gel implants and 70mL of fat added to each breast. She also had nipple reconstruction and a lift. She has not had nipple tattooing. The after photos are 1 year and 1 month after the delayed reconstruction began.

43 yr. old. Breast Reconstruction. This patient had immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. 4 months later the expanders were removed and replaced with 650mL smooth gel implants bilaterally along with 170mL of fat from her abdomen split bilaterally. She also had nipple reconstruction and a mastopexy (breast lift). The patient had nipple tattooing. The last set of after photos were taken 1 year and 7 mo. after her immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction.

55 yr. old. Breast Reconstruction. This patient had immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. 6 months later the expanders were removed and replaced with 365mL smooth gel implants bilaterally, along with nipple reconstruction. 80mL of fat grafted from her abdomen was split between both breasts for asymmetry. The Vinny Myers Team did her nipple tattooing 3 months prior to her 1 year follow up photos. The last set of after photos were taken 1 year after her immediate latissimus flap breast reconstruction.
