A 57 year old female who underwent immediate bilateral breast reconstruction using latissimus dorsi flaps and placement of tissue expanders. A separate surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent implants. Eventual nipple reconstruction and later areola tattooing completed the reconstruction. These pictures were taken two years after nipple reconstruction surgery.
