A 48 year old female who underwent delayed bilateral breast reconstruction using latissimus dorsi flaps and placement of tissue expanders. A separate surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent implants. Eventual nipple reconstruction and later areola tattooing completed the reconstruction. These pictures were taken 6 months after nipple reconstruction surgery.
