A 40 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent implants to complete the reconstruction. These pictures were taken six months post surgery.
