Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
63-year-old female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, the expanders were exchanged for 485 cc silicone implants, and she underwent fat grafting to her bilateral breasts. After photos taken 3 months post-op from her second stage surgery.
