Patient 3
Description:
Patient 1520: A 46 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 695ml implants and 180ml grafted fat split, 100ml for the left breast and 80ml for the right breast to complete the reconstruction. Final photos are 1 yr. 7 mo. post surgery.

Patient 1420: A 56 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 415ml implants and 60ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. Final photos are 8 mo. post surgery.

A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 520ml implants and 120ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. Final photos are 1 yr. 5 mo. post surgery.

Description:
Patient 1120: A 53 yr. old who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and required a nipple lift in an effort to save them, with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed to start the reconstruction process. A second surgery was performed for removal of the tissue expanders and placement of permanent 560ml implants and 200ml grafted fat split between each breast to complete the reconstruction. This patient also had an abdominoplasty during the remove/replace surgery. Final photos are 2 yr. 2 mo. post surgery.
